Our automated returns portal is set up in accordance with our return policy below. Please pay close attention to our return windows and eligible refund method.
***PLEASE NOTE: SALE ITEMS PURCHASED DURING OUR BLACK FRIDAY, MEMORIAL DAY AND LABOR DAY EVENTS ARE ELIGIBLE FOR STORE CREDIT ONLY.
Refunds: Items purchased at full price and returned (postmarked) within 10 days of receipt are eligible for a refund to the original method of payment. Items must be unworn with original tags and returned in the same condition in which they were received. All returns for refund are subject to a 10% restocking fee and an additional flat rate of $7.50 for return shipping costs.
Full price items include items purchased at full price, items at full price with welcome offer applied are eligible. Non full price items include items purchased on markdown or during promotional sale events such as Memorial Day Sale, Black Friday Sale, End of Year Clearance, etc.
Once the return has been initiated you must drop off the package within 28 days to your nearest carrier location. Once received, please allow for up to 5 business days for our team to review and process your return before your resolution is issued. Please note there may be delays due to mail carriers and scheduling. Please refer to your bank for guidelines of when payment will be returned to you once processed.
Store Credit: Returns postmarked within 15 days of receipt by customer are eligible for a gift card/store credit. There is no restocking fee for store credit and we will waive return shipping charges. Once your return is processed, you will be sent a store credit via e-mail in the form of an electronic gift card. If you are returning a gift and would like a store credit, please provide the correct e-mail address for the store credit.
Returns initiated after 15 days of receipt will NOT be accepted and the return label will be cancelled.
Shoe Returns: Shoes must be returned in brand new, never worn condition with all packaging. No returns will be accepted that show any signs of wear.
Final Sale Items: Items in the following categories are final sale and are not eligible for return: sale/clearance items (those marked down in red), special series & collections, luxe vanity storage, silk hair bows, candles, stationery/journals and custom or special orders.
Pre-Order Items: Items purchased as “pre-order” may only be returned for store credit. Pre-orders can not be cancelled or removed from an order once placed.
Exchange Policy: We now offer exchanges within the Return Portal for orders that qualify according to our Return Policy Terms (see above). If your order qualifies, in order to create an exchange you must first initiate the Return and follow the prompts within the link. We do not allow exchanges of an exchanged item. The return policy will end with your exchange and you will no longer have access to return the item chosen for either store credit or the original payment method, so kindly consider this when making the exchange. Sending your item back: Should you choose to initiate an exchange, you will have 15 days to send the original item back to us. Should your item not be “in transit” with tracking back to us by the 15th day, your card will be charged the total cost of both the exchange and original item(s) received. Please plan your exchange accordingly or choose the store credit option if you need more time to decide on your purchase.
Natural Variations: All gemstones and glass cabochons are handpicked for each piece of jewelry. When working with stones, variations in color, cut, size and shape are inevitable. These variations contribute to the uniqueness of each piece.
